$100,000.00/yr - $250,000.00/yr

You won't just market AI. You'll brand a category.

We’re looking for a Head of Marketing who doesn’t play it safe. Someone who’s not just built teams or scaled channels, but shaped culture. If you’ve led brand strategy and growth campaigns that made people stop scrolling, screenshot your ads, or talk about you at dinner, you might be the one.

You’ve got 10+ years of experience but more importantly, a track record of audacity and results. You’re not here to “run performance ads” or “make LinkedIn posts.” You’re here to tell a story so bold it defines the space.

We’re building voice-native AI employees that are already replacing call centers and sales agents. This isn’t fluff, it’s real and it’s moving fast. You’ll be responsible for turning that momentum into obsession, buzz, credibility, and deal flow.

What You’ll Actually Do

  • Own our brand end-to-end: tone, visuals, campaigns, creative; how we show up to the world.
  • Architect the marketing machine across brand, product, growth, and comms, from zero to scale.
  • Craft and execute bold, original campaigns that break convention. Think Red Bull, not Salesforce.
  • Make CozmoX famous. Online and offline. From digital storytelling to out-of-home, activations, and global stunts.
  • Partner directly with the founders to sharpen narrative, messaging, and investor comms.
  • Build a lean, world-class marketing team across content, performance, events, and design.
  • Build a playbook for category creation. Help define “voice-native AI employees” in the enterprise landscape.
  • Launch and amplify customer stories, case studies, and product launches in a way that feels cinematic, not corporate.
  • Run point on key events, partnerships, and brand moments, from GITEX, SaaStr and CES to our own summits.
  • Make every dollar count. Be scrappy when needed, and splurge when it’s worth it.

What You Bring

  • 10+ years in brand, growth, or creative marketing roles - ideally in SaaS, tech, B2B or consumer-led challenger brands.
  • You’ve launched campaigns that made noise; earned press, triggered memes, or blew up a product.
  • You know how to build marketing strategy from first principles, not playbooks.
  • You’ve led teams, built pipelines, and hired A+ talent across functions.
  • You can write killer copy, critique design, and push creative that’s bold and clear.
  • You know when to run the numbers, and when to go with instinct.
  • You’ve operated in high-growth, high-expectation startups or brand-driven companies.
  • You think in movements, not just metrics.

  • Deep network of creative collaborators; agencies, freelancers, videographers, etc.
