The Stage Hand Loader performs the load-in and load-out of band equipment and rental equipment, assists audio and lighting crews as directed, ensures band members have required items to perform, assists the Stage Manager with show passes, maintains and secures House Backline and supplies, maintains curtains, drapes, risers, and other staging items, assists audio and lighting crews with equipment, and operates and cares for stage areas in a safe, clean manner. Preferred but not required qualifications include 1 year of tour and stage production experience, experience in stage lighting, pro audio systems and basic video systems, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, and strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in an environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
