- Research industries so we can better understand the market and competition of new clients.
- Create data dashboards for clients that clearly and easily show the results we get our clients from marketing strategies.
- Analyze marketing performance data on paid advertising networks, data collected on landing pages and websites results from split tests and optimization strategies.
- Work with the marketing director, developer, and creative team to understand the behaviors of users in the funnel and make appropriate optimizations.
- Understand the intent of the user at every stage of the funnel and use that data to create lists with specific marketing for each stage.
- Strong analytical skills
- Must have strong attention to detail, ability to multitask under tight deadlines
- Comfortable working independently as well as within a team
- Provide on-going analytical support utilizing data management, technology and modeling to address client issues regarding advertising, media, and new products.
- Assist with project setup and coordination
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Some background/experience in tech systems or marketing is a plus
- Ability to work at our downtown Colorado Springs office around 20 hours per week on a regular schedule, though because it is an unpaid position, we can be flexible with outside commitments on a case by case basis
