  • Brainstorm concepts for multiple video projects
  • Assist in video editing and shooting
  • Assist in sourcing of licensed creative content
  • Assist in video shoots in our studio and on location
  • Keep video projects on schedule and meet deadlines
  • Prepare and organize files for delivery or uploading

  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere, After Effects is a plus
  • Extremely well-organized, resourceful, collaborative, curious, a strong communicator and a self-starter (we don’t believe in hand-holding)
  • Portfolio demonstrating basic video shooting and editing experience (school or professional) a reel would be good, but not required as long as you can demonstrate to us your experience
  • Camera experience is helpful but not required
  • Eager to learn new skills and adapt within the culture of W&K
  • Ability to work at our downtown Colorado Springs office around 20 hours per week on a regular schedule, though because it is an unpaid position, we can be flexible with outside commitments on a case by case basis
