Navakai was a Southern Colorado IT provider who believed in hiring awesome people, doing right by their clients, and always having fun. We helped them turn that unique personality into a digital marketing strategy that made big waves.
Why Do We Love This Client?
Navakai sold to a national IT firm a few years back. But until then, they were one of our favorite clients of all time at W&K. Navakai’s personality stood out big time in an industry with painfully predictable marketing. They actually used to say “Help us, we don’t know anything about marketing.” But in fact, they understood it on a foundational level: people love to laugh.
Did Navakai provide computer services, networks, modems, and other blinking lights just like all their competitors? For sure. But they marketed themselves a totally different way. That’s why it worked.
They were natural marketers, they just needed help using the internet as a marketing tool (very common!). That makes for the perfect partnership with Wolf & Key. They were already unique, we just gave them wings.

We used a combination of different messages across different digital channels to grow awareness and attract clients for Navakai. We tested which messages got the best engagement and targeted their ideal clients as specifically as possible. Most of all, we helped them raise the bar for their industry. “No boring ads allowed!” as they used to say.
As fun as this work was, we also stayed dialed into the data, keeping the Navakai team informed and working closely with their leadership as the organization grew. As you can imagine, our meetings were a lot of fun, brainstorming, data analytics…and quite a few laughs.
