The Needs

BSM needed to reach a unique audience and tell a unique story. They are a DIY motorcycle garage and club for vintage motorcycles, and they have community tools and events for members. That’s not the type of business concept that’s easy to communicate to the world, so they needed a specific presentation and a way to reach those riders that can’t really be found at normal motorcycle dealerships or clubs.

The Results

We built a site that told the story of how the club was started, what the garage is like inside and out, the perks of membership, the relevance in the local community, and a way to get in touch. Our customized social media engagement strategies helped build BSMs Instagram & Facebook following organically. We posted and engaged using tags and hashtags that were relevant to that community. We also ran targeted ad campaigns to reach southern Colorado residents who had known interest in motorcycles, and old ones if possible. We even posted on Craigslist and made friends with a few mechanics who work on old motorcycles all over town. The club and paying member count has increased 200% in a couple years, their social media following is substantial, and the moto community no one could pin down before has a home now.
